set your FGC to: light colour of your tube
and your BGC to: dark colour of your tube
flood fill with this gradient:
02) Effects / Reflection Effects / Feedback:
Effects / Plugins / Flaming Pear / Ornament
Effects / Reflection Effects / Kaleidoscope:
03) Effects / Plugins / Flaming Pear / Flexify:
Effects / Reflection Effects / Rotating Mirror:
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling:
default settings
minimize
04) File - New / 1280 x 400 px / transparent
flood fill with your pattern:
open your tube of your choice
resize if needed
Edit / Copy
Edit / Paste as new layer
position left side
Layers / Duplicate
activate layer under it again
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 20
activate top layer again
add your watermark and name
File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
