tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 500 x 400 px / transparent

flood fill with this colour: #222222

02) open the tube: petalos_image_29_7_06_soleil.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

set the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

03) Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

position it as shown below:

set the opacity of this layer to: 54

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

04) open the tube: JustHeidi-maidendove.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

set the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

set the opacity of this layer to: 84

05)  Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

set the opacity of this layer to: 56

position it as shown below:

06) activate your eraser tool (rubber) (X)

remove the birds as shown below:

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

07) open the tube: rosepetals_Patao.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

blend mode is: Luminance (Legacy)
and the opacity is: 78

08) Layers / Duplicate

activate layer under it: Raster 2

Effects / Plugins / dsb flux / Blast:

so sollte dein Bild nun aussehen:

Adjust / Blur / Average:

Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 3.01 / Perspective Shadow:

Layers / Arrange / Move Down

activate top layer again: Copy of Raster 2

position it as shown below:

09) Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Edit / Copy!!!

Image / Add borders / 35 px / colour: #222222

activate your magic wand tool with these settings:

select the black border with it

your picture should look ike this now:

10) Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

Deselect

Adjust / Photo Fix / Digital Camera Noise Removal:

Effects / Image Effects / Page Curl:

11) open the tube: Texto.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore

add your watermark and name now
