set your FGC to: light colour (#d7b9c7)
and your BGC to: dark colour (#b698a2)

flood fill picture with your dark BGC

Effects / Texture Effects / Texture:
colour: FGC

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with your light FGC

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask From Disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Effects / Texture Effects / Texture:
same settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
0 / 0 / 100 / 20 / black

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

03) open tube: DiamondFrameHeart.pspimage

Image / Resize: 10%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position as shown below:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
0 / 0 / 100 / 20 / colour: #654b54

duplicate this layer (four times)

and decorate your left border:

set the lowest three layers: invisible

top layer is activated

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

set blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

rename this layer: h left

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

rename this layer: h right

unhide the three layers again

04) activate bottom layer: Raster 1

open tube: MMDesignz_Si 306250.pspimage

Image / Resize: 65%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position as shown below:

apply drop shadow to your liking

05) activate bottom layer again: Raster 1

set blend mode of this layer to: Normal

Edit / Copy Merged

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As new animation

back to PSP

10) hide this layer: Copy of h left

activate layer: h right

Layers / Duplicate

set blend mode of this layer to: Normal

same settings

Edit / Copy Merged

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame
