set your opacity of this layer to: 70 - 90

03) open file: masque12.jpg

minimise it; back to your image (jpg)

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

04) Image / Resize: hight: 500 px

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your background

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

05) activate your text tool

write your text

add your watermark and name

File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
