tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 1024 x 600 px / transparent

Selections / Select all

open file: 1.jpg

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

open file: 2.jpg

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

03) repeat step 02 with all these files: 3.jpg, 4.jpg & 5.jpg

Deselect

when you are done with this we have five layers

layer Raster 2:
set blend mode to: Luminance
and opacity to: 44

layer Raster 3:
set blend mode to: Overlay

layer Raster 5: make invisible

activate layer Raster 4

set blend mode to: Multiply
and opacity to: 76

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

03) Effects / User defined Filter:
Presets: Emboss_3

Effects / Plugins / Nik Software / Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete:
left: scroll down and hit once on: white neutralizer
and OK

Effects / Plugins / Greg's Factory Output Vol. II / Pool Shadow:

04) activate top layer

unhide it

set blend mode to: Darken

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

your picture shoult look like this now:

05) open tube: Image4.png

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it upwards

Effects / Plugins / Flaming Pear / Flood:

position it downwards

06) Layers / Duplicate

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Effects / Plugins / Nik Software / Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete:
left: scroll down and hit once on: white neutralizer
and OK

Effects / Plugins / Xero / Improver:
hit once on: Portrait and OK

07) open file: Image7.png

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

set blend mode to: Hard Light
and opacity to: 79

hit once on: Portrait and OK

position it as shown below:

08) open file: 2483.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

position it as shown below:

Layers / Duplicate

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

set blend mode to: Luminance (Legacy)
and opacity to: 75

Effects / Plugins / Xero / Improver:
hit once on: Portrait and OK

09) add your watermark and name
