01) File / New / 600 x 450 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #a8bbc9 (light colour)
and your BGC to: #182938 (dark colour)

flood fill with this gradient:

Effects / Plugins / I.C.NET Software / Filters Unlimited 2.0:
Paper Texture / Rag Paper:
39 / 96

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Select all

open tube: PAY-JLL2007-04.psp

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste into selection

Deselect

03) open tube: mds2553 Pacific Moonlight.psp

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste as new layer

position as shown below:

set blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

04) open tube: TINA.. (5).psp

Image / Resize: 85%

05) activate your eraser tool (rubber)

erase some of your tube as shown below:
