01) File / New / 700 x 550 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #8d8c39
and your BGC to: #e8e0b8

flood fill with your dark FGC

02) open the tube: lolatube51.png

Image / Resize : 110%

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

03) place it as shown below:

Image / Mirror

04) Image / Add borders / 2 px / light BGC: #e8e0b8

select the hairs as shown below:
