flood fill your picture with this gradient:

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 25

Effects / Plugins / Dsb Flux /  Linear Transmission:

 Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

02) open the tube: barre_deco1

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

place it as shown below:

03) open the tube: barre_deco2

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

place it as shown below:

04) open the tube: whiterose1

Image / Resize: 50%
