tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 650 x 500 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #f2dee0
and your BGC to: #ae1526

flood fill your picture with this gradient:

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 20

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the layer with your BGC: #ae1526

open the file: 39

minimize it
back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:
Invert mask data: checked!!!!

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

close the file: 39; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

03) open the tube: couple

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Layers / Paste / Paste as new layer

place it as shown below:

Layers / Duplicate

Effects / Distortion Effects / Wind:

change the opacity of this layer to: 80

and the blend mode to: Screen

Layers / Arrange / Move Down

activate the top layer: Raster 2

change the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

04) open the tube: cadeaux_fleurs

Image / Resize: 65% (all layers NOT checked)

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Layers / Paste / Paste as new layer

place it as shown below:

Layers / Duplicate

and the blend mode to: Screen

13) open the file: coeur.gif

draw the first lower picture

into the first upper picture

hold left mouse button

repeat step 13 with the other heart

place both hearts like me here:

Animation / Frame Properties: display time: 20

File / Save as... *.gif
