flood fill your picture with this gradient:

02) open the tube: Pay-S2007-30

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

place the tube as shown below:

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill this layer with your BGC: #c483a5
