tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 600 x 450 px / transparent

 change your FGC to: #392d1f
and your BGC to: #cf7541

flood fill your picture with this gradient:

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 5

02) Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Swirl:

03) open the tube: 1219072691_femmes

Edit / Copy
 close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

Image / Resize: 80% (all layers NOT checked)

place the tube as shown below:

04) open the tube: in_the_attic

Edit / Copy
 close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

place the tube as shown below:

change the opacity of this layer to: 50

05) Image / Add borders: 2 px / colour: #392D1F

Image / Add borders: 3 px / colour: #ffffff

activate your magic wand tool

select the white 3 px border

flood fill selection with this pattern: goldbeads
(Angel: 0 / Scale: 100)

Deselect

06) Image / Add borders: 18 px / colour: #ffffff

activate your magic wand tool

select the white 18 px border

flood fill with this gradient:
