01) File / New / 600 x 450 px / transparent

 set your FGC to: #012851
and your BGC to: #467E91

flood fill your picture with this grathent:

02) Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:

03) activate your selection tool:
selection type: Rounded Rectangle

draw a selection as shown below:

Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the layer with a gold pattern of your choice

keep selected

04) Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 10 px

Layers / New Raster Layer

set your FGC to: #ff0000
and your BGC to: #671b1c

flood fill the selection with this grathent:

Deselect

05) open the tube: neige

Edit / Copy
 close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

place it as shown below:

06) open the tube: sapin

 close it again; we don't need it anymore
