01) File / New / 700 x 600 px / transparent

set your FGC to a: light colour
and your BGC to a: dark colour

flood fill with your: dark BGC

02) open the tube: ametista_terra_e_cielo_01[1].06.png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position to the lower, right corner

03) Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

activate your selection tool: Rectangle

draw out a selection like me here:

Edit / Cut (hit delete key once)

keep selected

04) activate the bottom layer: Raster 1

Effects / Plugins / MuRa's Meister / Cloud:

Deselect

05) open the tube: CityLights_MistedByGini_02-15-06.png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it like me here:

06) activate the top layer

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

set the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

07) open the tube: mondundwolke.png

13) add your watermark and name

Image / Resize: 110% (all layers NOT checked!)

17) activate the bottom layer

Deselect

Edit / Copy Merged

18) open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / as new animation

back to your PSP

19) Edit / Undo Select None

Edit / Undo Constellation

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
reapply the constellation only this time change the: Star Size to: 5

Deselect

Edit / Copy Merged

20) back to your A/S

Edit / Paste/ After Current Frame

Edit / Select all

Animation / Frame Properties: display time: 8 (I used 20)

File / Save as ...gif
