flood fill with your FGC

02) Effects / Plugins / Ulead Effects / Art Texture:

Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize:

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

03) Layers / Duplicate

Image / Resize: 75% (all layers NOT checked)

Selections / Select all

Selections / Float

Selections / Defloat

Edit / Cut

flood fill the selection with this pattern:

04) Selections / Modify / Contract: 2px

Edit / Cut

flood fill the selection with this gradient:

keep selected

05) Layers / New Raster Layer

open the tube: mds7679winter_snow18.12.png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

open your FGC:

Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize:

Deselect

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

change the opacity of this layer to: 50

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss (default settings)

11) activate the top layer

Layers / New Raster Layer

add your watermark and name

12) Image / Resize:

activate the bottom layer

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:

Edit / Copy Merged

13) open your Animation Shop (A/S)

Edit / Paste / As new Animation

back to your PSP

Edit / Undo Constellation

14) Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your A/S

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

15) Edit / Select all
