tutorial tested by:

Ok, let's start:

01) open the tube: design_by_eclipse_tis_the_season_misted.png

change your FGC to: #103d5c

Edit / Copy

close the tube again; we don't need it anymore

02) File / New/ 650 x 500 px / transparent

flood fill with your FGC: #103d5c

03) Selections / Select all

Layers / New Raster Layer

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Deselect

04) activate the bottom layer: Raster 1

Effects / Plugins / VDL Adrenaline / Snowflakes:

(the snowflakes were too big to me, I changed the: Size range end to: 10)

05) activate the top layer again

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss: Default settings

Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: white

06) open your FGC and write down these both values:

(H => Hue / S => Saturation)

Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize:

07) Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

Image / Resize: 85% (all layers NOT checked)

08) Effects / Plugins / I.C.Net Software / Filters Unlimited 2.0:
Paper Textures / Canvas, Fine

09) activate your selection tool / custom selection:

Edit / Cut

Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the selection with your FGC: #103d5c

Deselect

10) activate the layer under it: Copy of BG

Selections / Select all

Selections / Float

Selections / Defloat

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:

keep selected

11) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with: white

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 2 px

Edit / Cut

Deselect

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

12) activate the top layer again: Raster 1

open the tube: tubes tinnad (35).png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

change the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

place it like me here:

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

activate your selection tool / custom selection:

Selections / Invert

Edit / Cut

Layers / Arrange / Move Down

keep selected

13) open the tube: chris657.png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

move it like me here:

Selections / Invert

Edit / Cut

Deselect

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

 Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

14) activate the top layer again

open the tube: TINA (58).png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

move it like me here:

change the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

15) open the tube: sternen_deco.png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

Layers / Merge Down

add your watermark and name

16) activate the layer: Raster 2 ( woman layer)

make both bottom layers invisible:

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

make all layers visible again

17) activate layer: Raster 1:

Selections / Select all

Selections / Float

Selections / Defloat

Effects / Plugins / VDL Adrenaline / Snowflakes:

Deselect

Edit / Copy Merged

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As new animation

18) back to your PSP:

Edit / Undo Select None

Edit / Undo Snowflakes

Effects / Plugins / VDL Adrenaline / Snowflakes:
same settings /  change Random Seed to: 1

Deselect

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your A/S

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

Edit / Select all

Animation / Frame Properties: Display time: 25

File / Save as... *.gif
