Ok, let's start:

01) File / New / 600 x 450 px / transparent

change your FGC to: #d6b9a6
and your BGC to: #311d1d

change your FGC to gradient:

flood fill your picture with the gradient

Effects / Plugins / Filter Factory Gallery N / Wee Scratches:
Amount: 255

grab your Selection Tool / Custom Selection:

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the selection with your BGC: #311d1d

Selections / Modify / Contract: 3 px

keep selected

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with your FGC: #d6b9a6

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask from Disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Deselect

your picture looks like this now:

Layers / Merge / Merge down

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

grab your Selection Tool / Custom Selection:

04) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill this layer with your BGC: #311d1d

Selections / Modify / Contract: 2 px

Edit / Cut

keep selected

Layers / Merge / Merge down

open the tube: lady-elegance-u17-tube-colombe.png

Edit / Copy
minimize it for now
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

grab your mover tool and

place it like me here:

Selections / Invert

Edit / Cut

Deselect

change the blend mode to: Luminance (Legacy)

Layers / Merge / Merge down

05) open the tube: Beads~Morning Glories~bam.png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again, we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as a new layer

move it like me here:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
Colour: Black

change the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

06) Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

Image / Flip

move the tube like me here:

Layers / Merge / Merge down

and once again:

Layers / Merge / Merge down

07) Image / Add borders / 2 px / FGC: #d6b9a6

08) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the selection with your BGC: #311d1d

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask from Disk:

Selections / Defloat

09) open your minimized tube: lady-elegance-u17-tube-colombe.png

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy
close it now, we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

Image / Resize: 85% (Resize all layers NOT checked)

move the tube like me here:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
colour: black

10) activate your bottom layer: Background

add your watermark and name

11) activate the layer: Group - Raster 1

Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

Layers / Merge / Merge visible

Edit / Copy

open your Animation Shop:

Edit / Paste / As New Animation

back to your PSP:

12) Edit / Undo Merge Visible

Edit / Undo Add Noise

activate the layer: Group - Raster 1

Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

Layers / Merge / Merge visible

Edit / Copy

back to your Animation Shop:

14) Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

Animation / Frame Properties:

View / Animation

File / Save as... *.gif
