01) File / New / 650 x 500 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #2c2e33 (dark colour)
and your BGC to: #a29785 (light colour)

flood fill your picture with your light BGC

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill this layer with your dark FGC

Selections / Select all

open the tube: peacherflwinx7.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Deselect

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling:
default settings

Effects / Plugins / FunHouse / Circus Maximus:

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling:
default settings

set the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Select all

open the tube: Bagdad-001[1].pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Deselect

set the opacity of this layer to: 65

Effects / Photo Effects / Film & Filter:
colour: #FF9600

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture
