Ok, let's start:

01) File / New / 600 x 500 px / transparent

set your FGT to a: light colour / #ef7ea4
and your BGc to a: dark colour / #5c1e34

flood fill with your dark BGC

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with your light FGC

open the file: sharlimarMask90.jpg

minimize it; back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:
default settings

close the minimized mask picture, we don't need it anymore

back to your picture

03) activate your magic wand tool / tolerance: 0

click inside of your picture

you should have marching ants all the way as shown below:

keep selected

04) Layers / New Raster Layer

open your picture

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Deselect

set blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

and the opacity to: 50

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

05) open tube: donnaK09.psd

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new Layer

Image / Resize: 70% (all layers NOT checked)

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

place it as shown below:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

06) Layers / Duplicate

Image / Flip

Image / Mirror

07) open your tube

Image / Resize: height: 477 px

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new Layer

position it to your liking

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

08) add your watermark and name

activate bottom layer: Merged

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:

Edit / Copy Merged

09) open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As New Animation

back to your PSP

Edit / Undo Constellation

10) Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random Seed

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

back to your PSP

Edit / Undo Constellation

11) Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random Seed
