tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 600 x 450 px / transparent

flood fill with: white

set your FGC to a: light colour
and your BGC to a: dark colour

(I used: FGC: #f9f207 & BGC: #a46f1a)

Effects / Plugins / MuRa's Meister / Cloud:

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with your dark BGC

open the file: mask4_Emeralde-design.jpg

minimize it, back to your picture

layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

03) Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

close the minimized mask; we don't need it anymore

back to your picture

04) activate your selection tool / custom selection:

Layers / New Raster Layer

open your landscape picture

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / paste into selection

set the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

keep selected

05) Layers / Duplicate

set the blend mode of this layer to: Normal

and the opacity to: 30

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

keep selected

06) Selections / Invert

Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill selection with your dark BGC

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 3 px

Edit / Cut (hit delete key once)

Deselect

07) open your tube

Image / Resize: height: 390 px

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it to your liking

Effects / Plugins / Xero / Porcelain:

08) activate your text tool

write: Mother of Nature

Layers / Convert to Raster Layer

apply a Drop Shadow to your linking

09) add your watermark and name

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
