tutorial tested by:

01) open your tube of your choice

File / New / 600 x 450 px / transparent

set your FGC to a: light colour
and the BGC to a: dark colour

flood fill with your: light FGC

Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds:
colour: dark BGC

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with your: dark BGC

open the mask: Chickmask0162.png

Image / Rotate / Rotate Clockwise 90

minimize it; back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

03) back to your minimized mask: Chickmask0162.png

Image / Flip

Image / Mirror

minimize it again; back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Cross Shadow:

close the minimized mask; we don't need it anymore

04) open the tube: PatryMists_06_Rose_19.png

Image / Resize: 60%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position to the lower, right corner

set the blend mode of this layer to: hard light (I used: Normal)

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

05) open tube: Image2.png

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position to the upper, left corner

I used Drop Shadow same settings

place it as shown below:

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

06) open your tube of your choice

resize if needed

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

place it as shown below:

activate the layer under it (original tube layer)

Effects / Distortion Effects / Wind:
From right / wind strength: 80

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

07) write your text

apply your Drop Shadow

add your watermark and name

08) Image / Add borders / 1 px / dark BGC

Edit / Copy

Image / Add borders / 10 px / light FGC

select the 10 px border with your magic wand

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Effects / Plugins / Xero / Moonlight: Time of day: 50

Deselect

Image / Add borders / 1 px / dark BGC

Edit / Copy

09) open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / Paste as new Animation

Edit / Duplicate Selected

once again:

Edit / Duplicate Selected

select the last frame picture:

Edit / Duplicate Selected

now we have four frame pictures

10) open the file: katblingGroups97.pspimage

Edit / Select all

Edit / Copy

on your picture: Edit / Select all

Edit / Paste / Into selected Frame

don’t click with your mouse until we have the placement right

place it at the lower, left corner

then click with your mouse to release it

11) back to your: katblingGroups97.pspimage

Edit / Select all

Animation / Flip

Animation / Mirror

Edit / Copy

on your picture: Edit / Select all

Edit / Paste / Into selected Frame

paste again but this time at the upper, right corner
