set FGC to: #2f2b32 (dark colour)
and BGC to: #9caaad (light colour)

flood fill with this gradient:

Selections / Select all

02) open tube:  098_silvina_vanesa_orsi_enero_17_2009.pspimage

Edit / Copy
minimize it
back to your selection

Edit / Paste into selection

Deselect

Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling:
default settings

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 30

Effects / Plugins / PhotoShop II / Bailey:
spelen: 131

Effects / Plugins / Simple / 4 Way Average

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance more

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with dark FGC: #2f2b32

activate bottom layer

Effects / Illumination Effects / Sunburst:

04) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with light BGC: #9caaad

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load mask from disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Cross Shadow:

activate your deform / pick tool

grab the top center node and drag down to 340

then grab the bottom center node and drag up to 440

position as shown below:

set opacity to: 39

05) activate your minimized tube again

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste as new layer

position as shown below:

06) Image / Add borders / 1 px / dark FGC: #2f2b32

select 10 pc border with magic wand

07) Image / Add borders / 4 px / dark FGC: #2f2b32

select 15 pc border with magic wand

Image / Resize: 55%

close it again; we don't need it anymore

File / Export / Custom Brush:

close file again; back to your picture

set your VGF to this gradient:
select gradient: Corel_06_020 or Metal Steel

activate your custom brush

select your brush: aditas_fightingforyourlove

apply with gradient as shown below:

10) add your watermark and name

Image / Add borders / 1 px / dark FGC: #2f2b32

File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
